Nancy Dittmer is the National Director of ESOP Services for RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources working from our Des Moines, IA location.

As the leader of the firm’s national Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) administration and consulting practice, Nancy devotes a substantial amount of her time helping clients nationwide as they assess the feasibility of an ESOP, take steps to implement an ESOP and/or administer the ESOP on an annual basis. In addition, she has helped numerous ESOP clients consider the S corporation election in light of recent legislative changes.  She is a frequent author and speaker on many ESOP issues.

Nancy is also involved with other types of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans and helps her clients cope with the myriad of IRS and DOL requirements imposed on such plans.  The types of plans she is involved with include 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, profit sharing plans, new comparability plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, cafeteria plans and welfare benefit plans.

Nancy has 20 years experience in the employee benefits field and was Director of Pensions of a multi-location trust department prior to joining the firm.
