How is your employees’ morale?

There is no doubt that if you are in the service industry, your employees are the face of your business. So you probably agree with the philosophy of the employee-owned company in this piece - "And so from Day One in 1987, the company's philosophy was that its service would be only as good as the morale of its workers."

So how do you keep your employees morale high? Especially in trying economic times?
